us
Aiyah Dumplings started the way a lot of family immigrants do. In the kitchen; where kids work behind the counter and you know the food is too good to pass up.
Run by sibling duo on the Gold Coast/Northern NSW, Louis and Carol were raised among the sounds of chopping, steaming and the wok grinding in full swing. While other kids were playing outside, we were folding dumplings, grating carrots and learning the difference between good and great flavour. Along with what it takes to raise feed a family.
Our dad spent over 50 years cooking his way around the world, and his recipes became the heartbeat of our family. As we grew up, we worked alongside him, soaking up skills, stories, and flavours that deserve to live on.
‘Aiyah’ is our way of keeping our dads legacy. Every bite is packed with tradition, hard work, and a whole lot of family pride. Fulfilling dads dream; taking his time-tested thoughtful recipes and sharing them, one bite at a time.
